RETURNS/REFUNDS
Product may be returned or refunded within 30 days of original purchase. In order to request a return or refund, contact Iris International Jewelry at iris@iristrends.com within 30 days of receipt and will be issued in the same manner as the original payment method. Please include your order number and item name in your request email. Shipping fees, duties, and taxes cannot be refunded.

Products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded after 30 days of purchase. Returned/refunded items must be shipped back to Iris International Jewelry at 300 N State St #5316, Chicago IL 60654. Iris reserves the right to refuse return or refund of merchandise if it is deemed damaged by the buyer after purchase. If the merchandise that you receive in an order appears that it has been damaged in transit, please contact iris@iristrends.com as soon as possible upon receipt of your order.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

All orders may be canceled for a full refund of the order charge before shipping, within 24 hours of purchase.
