ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. This email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link. Members can also log into their Club Iris account and access order information there. For more information, please email iris@iristrends.com.

ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPMENT

All in-stock items are shipped within 24 to 48 hours from date of purchase. Orders placed on Friday will be processed and shipped the following Monday. All orders are shipped via USPS, and shipping options, costs, and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Iris does not ship items on US federal holidays.
